The challenge
Getting real value from the Basic licence
- The team had the Copilot Basic licence and wanted to know what it could actually do for their day-to-day work.
- Most Copilot demos show Premium features inside Word, Excel and Outlook, which can leave Basic users thinking it isn't for them.
